Pet Soiled Rugs
Unfortunately our pets get old, some times poorly too and even the best trained cat or a dog can have accidents. Quite often a mischievous kitten or a puppy is the culprit.
When the inevitable happens and you end up with a soiled rug we are here to help you. Often without any additional charge we will decontaminate your rug and pass it through our rug cleaning process.

No Fields Found.How Do You Wash Persian Rugs?
1- Inspection
Most of the time this is done on site at the time of collection. Then at the workshop we thoroughly study your rugs for the best method of cleaning, test colours for fastness and generally check it over to see there are no structural problems.
2- Pre Dusting
This is where we take the excess loose dust and grit build up. Rugs are put in a rolling duster similar to a hamster wheel and rolled gently. This rolling action opens up the fibres and allows for the grit fall down.
3- Immersion washing
Time for the Spa treatment, clean running waters and soft bristles of our brushes combined with the Ph balanced shampoos will wash the dirt away.
Your rug will be washed, rinsed and centrifuged until all water from it runs clear. We will only stop when we are satisfied that the rug is absolutely clean.
4-Centrifuge
Using the ONLY 12 feet rug centrifuge in the UK we will extract almost %95 of water from your rug, this takes approximately 30 seconds and this will ensure that the colours on the rug remains stable and do not bleed.
5- Drying Rugs
Most cleaners over look this step and this is when you get a damp, smelly rug back.
Not with us, we have a bespoke hoisting system that lifts and allows free air movement around your rugs to ensure drying is achieved at same level throughout your rug.
6-Final Dusting
Once we are confident that your rug is completely dry we can then put them in the duster again, this time the aim is to shake off the grit thats been softened by the immersion wash.
This step also polishes the rugs to a better shine and gives it a lovely fluffy feel.
