This is the question we get asked the most.
This video is taken at our workshop over several sessions and shows the variety of rugs we wash on a regular basis.
After carefully inspecting the condition and the dyes of your rug, we will start with our immersion wash using Ph Neutral woolsafe rug cleaning shampoos. Immersion wash is the best method of cleaning rugs and we are confident that you will love the results.
We will then rinse your rug and apply the second shampoo and rinse until we are absolutely satisfied that the rug is clean. We have the only 12 feet rug centrifuge to extract the 95% of water from rugs, this takes approximately 30 seconds and minimises any risk of colour run and discolouration of the fringes.
Once your rug is dried it will go in the rolling duster, which is the only one in UK, this will remove loosened grit, stuck on pet hairs and lint from your rugs and smooth wooden panels gently polishes the surface of your rug. this will make your rugs as fluffy as possible.
