“Like several other customers we had some concerns in sending off our rug based on only a website and a short conversation with the proprietor (Ufuk).
However we should not have worried. We sent off a dirty rug with nasty vacuum cleaner damage to 2 corners. We got back a rug that looked just like new and the price was very fair.
I recommend this clean and repair service with absolutely no reservations.
